Medical transportation

One Arrow First Nation (OAFN) Medical Transportation is a program that helps community members get to their medical appointments. This program is provided through a partnership between OAFN Health Services and Indigenous Services Canada. This service is in place for members who do not have a way to travel to medical visits, within the community or outside of it.

Medical Transportation is for medical needs only. After your appointment, you must return a signed Certified Medical Attendance (CMA) form. Regular service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To book a ride, please call the Health Clinic at 1 (306) 423-5493 at least 48 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is changed or canceled, it is your responsibility to contact the Health Clinic and let them know as soon as possible.

If you need a ride in the evening or on weekends, you can call 1 (639) 470-7492 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. If you are leaving the hospital after being admitted, please speak with a hospital social worker to help arrange your ride back to the community.
