Child & family well being

The child and family well-being department provides education, intervention, and preventative services for families in the community of One Arrow First Nation. This department strives to empower individuals and families to sustain an environment of safety and well-being for their children.

All families encounter difficult times but with support can overcome these challenges.

Child and family well-being department provides advocacy, support, and resources to promote the successful outcomes possible.

The Child and Family Well-Being Department provides the following:

  • One-on-one support
  • Cultural support
  • Mental health counselling
  • Addiction services
  • Group support
  • Land based learning
  • Community resources
  • Family enhancement services/ prevention
  • Post-Majority support services

Emergency After Hours Services:

Child and Family Well-Being provides after hours child related emergency services to the community of One Arrow First Nation.

Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) Well-Being Services provides Child Protection and Child Safety Services to the community of One Arrow First Nation.
