There are many events held throughout the year, the annual Powwow, sports day, treaty day, monthly bingo, and numerous community-based programs that enrich the lives of on and off reserve membership.
Working in conjunction with the Elders, one arrow is compiling the history of the community, with the history of the many families that still reside on reserve. The rich history of the community, with chief One arrow, the events surrounding the riel rebellion, the story of Almightyvoice, and the many stories of many individuals from one arrow’s past and present.
With the now monthly newsletter reaching households on One Arrow, membership can keep abreast of all the events, meetings, programs and get the information, on schedules from administration, health, public works, maintenance, Almightyvoice education center, waste transfer station, Fire creek and all of the departments within One Arrow.
The up-and-coming events for the year to come, whether it be the opening of the new Fire creek store, Mental & family wellness building, Adamson conference center & cabins. The current buildings, such as the community center and Elders Hall, have many gatherings where membership can share ideas and enjoy time with their families.
